On the first day (Tuesday 8th June 2010) of the 2nd Africa Agriculture Geospatial Week, the afternoon was devoted to looking at the AgCommons project and the launching of its new platform.
Countdown started for the Africa Agriculture GIS week (AAGW) 2010: entitled ‘Taking a closer look at the role of spatial information and analysis in supporting improved agricultural research and development’, it will take place in Nairobi from 8 to 12 June, 2010, on the campus of the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) with this tentative agenda.
